We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Core Business
As a Project Manager in the Core Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects across multiple services and diverse client segments, guaranteeing timely execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and complying with budget limitations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of translation projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to timelines.
- Work closely with our team of professional translators, providing leadership and support to ensure efficiency and excellence in delivery.
- Directly engage with our extensive and esteemed client base, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) aspects of projects, ensuring financial objectives are met and optimizing cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to test and implement more efficient processes and workflows.
The position will include the possibility to work on public holidays when needed
Requirements
- Experience in Localization and Project Management, with a thorough understanding of the localization process.
- Advanced proficiency in English, with additional language skills (preferably in German or French) considered a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept in both written and verbal forms.
- Highly motivated, consistently aiming for results, and steadfastly goal-focused.
- Proficient in computer and web technologies.
- Meticulous attention to detail, combined with the ability to think and adapt quickly.
- Strong work ethic and effective in collaborative teamwork.
- Robust ability to manage stress, excel under high pressure, and handle a substantial workload efficiently.
